The Virginia Supreme Court is allowing a redistricting referendum to go ahead on April 21st. However, the court says nothing in their order this morning shall prevent opponents from raising arguments on this matter in the future. This order from the State Supreme Court comes after a Tazwell judge found the proposed 10-1 map illegal. Early voting for the referendum will begin on March 6th.
